COVID-19 UPDATE

First and foremost, our hearts go out to all those around the globe who are affected by the unprecedented outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).

We want to reassure you that we are doing our best to provide uninterrupted service and access to all of our products currently in stock. All apparel preorders, restocks, and new products will remain on schedule. Delivery times may be delayed by the carrier, but a number of shipments will be sent out daily, Monday through Friday, as USPS and UPS will be picking up directly from our front door. As developments of this outbreak occur, we will notify you of any disruption to our inventory, services, and shipping time frames right here.

We are taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of our customers and ourselves. As such, we are continually monitoring current events and updating our teams and manufacturers with information and protocols following guidance from public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). 

We have amplified our efforts by sanitizing our workspace more frequently and implementing more rigorous cleaning procedures to our daily operations. In line with the information provided by the CDC, we are frequently washing our hands, and using sanitizers before and after entering our workspace. Any new product that arrives to us will be placed on an opening hold period for 48 Hours, but this will not disrupt our scheduled release dates.

As always, we want to extend an enormous thank you to those of you that have been with us for a while now. The amount of support that has come through in recent weeks has been unreal. I understand a majority of you will be focusing on gathering emergency items, and it means the world to us that you have continued to show us your support. Many small businesses depend on customers like you to continue moving forward and provide for our families. We can all play a part in keeping each other — our loved ones and communities — healthy and safe.
